Popular food blogger Aq9ine says that he earned over Ksh136,000, funds he used to buy himself a new motorcycle from his content creation.
Aq9ine broke the internet a week ago after he shared a freaking video of his face swollen with allegations he had eaten a spider.
Speaking in a YouTube Interview, he noted that he used the money to buy a motorbike to widen his sources of income.
Aq9ine lives and works in Meru County in the construction industry and majors in the plumbing trade.
He bought the bike roughly two months ago.
"At the end of the day, I am a hustler. I must do my work, and entertain you on Tiktok but on the ground, I work in the construction industry. I focus on things that can bring me returns," he said.
The Tiktoker further said that he yearned to upgrade to a sports bike before eventually purchasing his dream car, a Subaru car.
To keep him safe on the road, Aq9ine also purchased safety gear comprising of a jacket valued at Sh3,500k as well as a helmet that set him back Sh 16K.
"Honestly, all these videos started because I didn't have any job, I was just a comrade, just chilling and not knowing what to do then decided to start content creating, I started with comedy then changed to cooking unthinkable food," he said.
He also warned his fans not to believe everything they see him post on his social media.
"I told you not to believe everything you see on social media. I don't eat a spider. How can you eat a spider? Spider has unique body parts how can you eat such a thing?" he said.
