Content creator, Murugi Munyi, has opened up to her fans about the agony of finding a wedding dress when she was set to walk down the aisle years ago.

Using her Instagram page, Murigi said that she has PTSD when she sees wedding dress retailers. "Storytime," she began to recount her horror.

"5 years ago when I was pregnant with Mukeni and was planning my wedding at the same time, I had gone to so many bridal stores trying to find a ready-made gown."

She continued,

"I was a tired preggo I didn't want to have to get a custom-made one, I just wanted a ready-made one but I couldn't find anything above a size 18."

Murugi continued" I had a whole breakdown in this store. I was like the larger wedding dresses are so ugly so you don't even have a variety if you're plus size and want a ready-made gown. Anyway someone should open a plus-size wedding gown store for ready-made gowns."

A fan responded to her sad story and Murugi said, "It's tough and annoying and it felt like there was no way I could feel beautiful on my own wedding day. I did eventually get a dress." 

Murugi in February this year underwent liposuction that cost about sh600,000. The lipo, as its popularly referred to was a birthday gift to herself as she turned 32.

She revealed her new body a month later in March saying, 

“I decided to go for the lipo because I had the money and also it was my birthday treat. As human beings, we work so that we are able to afford the things we want. You work for it or you also pay for it. These things can go concurrently. It was just under KES600,000,” she revealed.
