Bruised knee leaves Zuchu sad and confused ahead of planned show

Tanzanian Bongo star, Zuhura Othman Soud alias Zuchu was left heartbroken after she was forced to cancel her Nigerian show due to a bruised knee.

Zuchu who posted a video of her bloody knee getting stitched up said the incident left her confused since she was really looking forward to meeting and performing for her Nigerian fans.

A resilient Zuchu however said she would still travel despite the injuries.

Taking to Twitter, Zuchu wrote, "Nimepata Ajali ndogo iliyo umiza goti langu jana siku moja kabla ya safari yangu kwenda kuperform kwenye show Ya Muhimu kwangu nchini Nigeria (I had a small accident that left my knee injured last night, a day before my trip to perform one of the most important shows to me in Nigeria). Canceling a show is one of the hardest decisions siwezi as an artist leo ndo nimejua .Nitakwenda hivyohivyo."

In another tweet, she wrote, "Zuchu sad, my manager keeps telling me Afya ni muhimu ila najua ntajiskia vibaya zaidi kutaka kucancel kwenye show kama hii naona bora nikapambanie stagini so pray for me .Am hurt and confused. (Health is important but I know I'll feel bad for wanting to cancel such a show I feel I should go ahead and deal with it on stage.)"

The 'Sukari' hitmaker stated that it has never been her habit to share her struggles on social media but she had to let it off her chest.

Zuchu who just announced that she has finished working on her new project, is currently in Ethiopia and it is not yet known whether she will go ahead with her planned Nigerian show.
