Simon Kabu is a man loved by many thanks to his business acumen.

Truth be told he has achieved what many of us will never be able to achieve.

He has also for years served us 'couple goals' thanks to his union with Sarah Kabu.

In an interview with Jeff Kuria, Kabu has narrated how he met the love of his life.

"There is a group we used to be in (a google group). We would send emails and discuss different topics including relationships, politics etc.

In 2007 we asked to organize a team building, Sarah and I were among people who offered to organize the trip."

Simon said he and Sarah became close while planning for this trip.

"We went to Rukenya, we were asked to organize another trip to Naivasha as the first was very successful. We were asked to organize the third trip and we did so with Sarah.

Along the way, someone told us to organize a corporate team building which we did.

The company asked us to create a company so that we could get paid.

In 2008 around Easter, people asked where we would take them. Sarah and I went to Maasai Mara to assess how things are.

At that time none of us had made their intentions to each other. "

The couple tied the knot in 2009 and are blessed with two kids, a son and a daughter.
