This week, Jackie Matubia had a ball when the versatile actress appeared on Diana Marua's cooking show.

Jackie spoke about her pregnancy, disclosing how it was a blessing considering how her only daughter had often badgered her for a sibling.

"She would complain that she was the only one who didn't have a brother or a sister. At the time I wasn't stable in my relationship and stuff. I really wondered what I would tell her."

She added that her second pregnancy had come at the right time.

"But I say it's God's timing cause God brought me a man, who loves me and appreciates me. It was about time. It's a gap of 8 years if one compares the conception of the first child to the second."

She then admitted to Diana that the scariest part of the pregnancy process was going through labour.

"If there is one thing I am fearing it's labour," she started. "My first baby I laboured for 9 hours and pushed for 45 minutes."

She explained that even though she wanted a natural birth, she wasn't against doing a CS if complications arose.

"If there is something I fear it's labour but I still want a normal birth. I am not praying for complications but I am  still o.k."

Just a few days ago Jackie underwent false labour that caused her to be hospitalised. She later informed fans that she was o.k and hadn't given birth yet.
