Tanzanian singer Juma Jux was bullied on social media after the news that his ex-lover and fellow musician, Vanessa Mdee, and her new lover Rotimi, were expecting their first child together.
Some Tanzanians took to social media to mock Jux after learning his ex-lover Vanessa's new man had impregnated her barely years into their romance.
Some, even insinuated that Vanessa left Jux because he could not sire with her due to his alleged impotence.
Well, in an interview with Wasafi FM, Jux said he is not impotent and that time to have children was not when he was dating Vanessa.
"Everything needs planning in life. When we dated, it was not in our plans to get a baby. If you fail to plan you fail in life. Getting a child with anyone is also a decision. It was also not her time to get a child."
Jux emphasised that he would never bow to pressure about anything in life.
"I cannot just get a child since everyone is saying I should get a child. I do not do things under pressure. I have no child yet but at the right time, I wife. I don't have any medical issues and we never discussed having a child with her. It was not the right time for us."
