Kamene Goro has expressed her worry at how 'soft' Kenyan girls have become.

The Morning Kiss host says most girls accept mediocre treatment all in the name of what will people say.

The truth is most girls are in toxic relationships, are being cheated on but they still say.

Kamene now says Kenyans will normalize saying No if a treatment does not meet their standards.

"Siwazushii but I have seen a worrying trait in young ladies. They are too accepting, it's ok for people to talk badly and disrespect you.

But don't accept things over and over again. What you tolerate teaches people how to treat you. If someone does you wrong give them a reality check."

Kamene added that at some point she had to let go of some of her friends as they would constantly gossip about her.

"Sometimes back some friends would gossip about me. They would talk very nasty things about me.

I was told and whoever told me not to ask them about it but I did, I told them they did not deserve to be my friends.

Stop accepting low calibre behaviour. The more you accept the more you make it a norm and people will assume it's OK to treat you that way.

Set a standard and be aggressive sticking to it. To those people who cannot meet these standards tutadeal nao.
