It's saddening how many murders Kenyans have been waking up to.

Most are relationships gone sour, most men can't take rejection easily and they end up killing their partners.

The recent case is that of  Kenyan athlete Agnes Tirop.

Agnes Tirop, a two-time world championships bronze medallist was found dead at her home in Iten after she was allegedly stabbed by her husband.

Life coach and motivational speaker Sam West says

"Most relationships end in murder is because most people do not have the knowledge and the information on how to handle relationships.

What you do not know becomes complicated and what you know becomes easy.

Sometimes when negativity is stored up it ends up blowing up. You might find someone overreacting due to something very small.

There is always something deeper.

Behind every angry person is a secondary emotion and that is why communication is very important.

It's always good to talk, look for a counsellor or someone you can talk to."
