The body of police constable Caroline Kangogo has arrived in Eldoret for an autopsy exercise at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital ahead of her burial in Elgeyo Marakwet County.

The body was moved from the Iten County Referral Hospital to MTRH where Chief government pathologist Dr. Johansen Oduor will carry out the autopsy.

The autopsy failed to take place last Friday causing the family led by her father Barnaba Kangogo to protest angrily as they were forced to postpone her burial.

Mark Kangogo who is a brother to the deceased says they will set the burial date after today's autopsy.

Mzee Kangogo and family members are present

Dr Oduor is expected to arrive at the hospital from Nairobi for the exercise.
