When the 13,702,425 shillings dress was stolen from her hotel room after the Oscars, the world got angry, confused and empathetic. However, when the thief of the dress got to his crib, he was so disappointed to find out that the pearls were actually fake!

The anonymous man, who called TMZ to voice his disappointment, said that he returned the dress upon his realization that it was not worth keeping. This makes me wonder f everything we buy is really worth its price tag...or it's just an illusion. What's the real worth of something? What if everything we but is 'sugar coated?'

When TMZ talked to the Women's Creative Director of Calvin Klein, here's the answer they got:

"Did anyone ever say they were real from Calvin Klein? I always assumed everyone knew they were fake, but I guess not."
