Joy Doreen Biira was shocked to find out that her car was driven out off her work place, Standard Media Group by her desk-mate who had stolen her car keys, according to a police statement.

The case of the stolen Merc is still in court. Apparently, Joy Doreen's workmate, Aaron Ochieng was arrested with the E 220 Benz  in Kisumu on December 31, 2016 and was detained at Industrial Area police station.

Away from all the nastiness of the car theft, Joy Doreen Biira has some good news in her life. She has bagged a new job.

She is taking over from Edith Kimani as she begins a new role as an anchor for DW News.
