Diamond Platnumz' estranged wife Zari Hassan is mourning the death of her best friend Ginimbi.

Ginimbi, who was known for his opulent lifestyle died on the spot after he was involved in a nasty accident on Sunday morning in Harare, Zimbabwe. He was driving his purple Rolls Royce.

Ginimbi's death comes barely a year after his mother succumbed to cancer in January this year.

Zari and the controversial businessman were so close and on her birthday in September this year, he showered her with love on her birthday.

'Happy birthday to my loyal sister @zarithebosslady,' he posted.

The mother of five took to social media to mourn Ginimbi and in a heartbreaking message, she wrote,

'My G, you're gone too soon. You always said life is too short, we didn't see this coming. Rest in paradise my G.'
