April 20th is just another ordinary day to most of you (Well, I'm not sure), but for weed smokers, it's a really important day celebrated by stoners around the world.

According to Huffington Post, the term 420 started as a police code for Marijuana Smoking in Progress somewhere in San Rafael, California in the late 1970s. After local heads had heard of the police call, they started using the expression 420 when referring to the herb.

Despite being illegal in Kenya, bhang is still a very popular drug that is actually very easy to access.

A few months ago, Kibra MP Ken Okoth excited Kenyan pot smokers when he said that the government should consider legalising marijuana.

These are the Kenyan celebrities who must be triumphal for today.
