A fourth year University of Nairobi student committed suicide in their house in Dandora over lack of school fees to pay for his supplementary exams.

The student aged 24 had asked his father to pay for him for some units he had failed but the father told him he did not have the needed money.

He later locked himself in a room there and hanged himself. Police say his body was found hanging on a piece of clothe long after he had committed suicide and later moved to the mortuary.

In Huruma, a body of a man was found in the house in a sudden death incident.

The man had complained of stomach ache before he vomited blood and died. The body was moved to the mortuary.
