Emmanuel Adebayor has been given compassionate leave by his club Tottenham Hotspurs to travel to Togo to sort out his personal issues.

This comes only days after the player posted the third in a series of personal revelations about his greedy and ungrateful family on Facebook.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Adebayor will miss the final game of the season against Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday and will not travel on the post-season tour to Malaysia and Sydney.
