This Embarrassing Moment Taught Me The Importance Of Doing This Crucial Thing Every Morning!

There are days when you wake up rather late, and you must skip your morning routine, which includes breakfast, to catch the fastest bus to work or school. You are aware you could miss that crucial meeting of the day, but you have also not eaten anything!

It happened to me juzi, when I was running to a meeting with a client in town. There I was, so hungry, dazed with remnants of sleep in my eyes.

The meeting began bila much drama, and somehow I drifted off to sleep. For how long I slept I don't know, but I woke up to stares from other attendees.

They were giggling..What had I done? I later learned that I was snoring, with my mouth drooling saliva, during the morning meeting! How embarrassing!

It was evident that my hunger manenos were squarely to blame for my less than brilliant show. I quickly learned my lesson: It is wise to plan for breakfast ahead of time. This means I should decide what to eat for breakfast, before the next morning.

But to save myself from such a situation like what I went through, I should have armed myself with to go breakfast, like a few slices of bread. Good thing about bread is that you can enrich it.

Next time, I will prepare some thick slices, spread Blue Band on the slices and make a few sandwiches in the process.

I will then pack my bread sandwiches carefully in a lunch box, and eat it later with juice or tea while sitting in early meetings, and avoid embarrassment!
