There have been cases of rogue supervisors cropping up on social media. People nowadays are airing their views to expose the supervisors. Is social media the right place to? Here is one of the stories we just recieved in our email.

I'm saddened,hurt and concerned about the behavior exhibited by your supervisor in the name of Joseph Munyao of phone no. 072******* working at Ngong road restaurant.Its unethical and unprofessional and his conduct is actually in doubt.Its my understanding and believe from the situation I have faced that many service ladies are suffering,have suffered or will suffer under his supervision.Why should he instill fear in my fiancee to gain mileage? I have called the relationship quits but am concerned about those ladies suffering or who will continue to suffer under such a supervisor.The lady in question is Serena Munywoki Ngina and this is the second her second month as your employee.On being employed,the said supervisor chose to be hard on her and instill fear in her.He started by giving her harsh warnings threatening her with dismissal after she happened to be late on two occasions.He went ahead and reprimanded her to work extra hours because she found them having lunch two of them at ago which in her case it wasn't.Instead of her leaving at 5:00PM,she had to work until 9:00PM at his will.How many ladies are living under his bondage,unable to speak for themselves?It will be a good thing to relieve him of  his duties to save the many ladies suffering under his supervision.Faced with no option,my fiancee had to give in to save her job.Munyao left for home on Sun with her,fucked her the whole night and the lady reported to job on Mon and on meeting with her,we had a confrontation with her and took her phone only to find Munyao smsing so much shit promising her how she will never be late when with him.On calling Munyao,he apologized but to me,it was not a genuine apology because he continued doing it behind my back after we had a mens talk with him.I know he is on leave,let the message be communicated to him and come out clean.It was not my wish to make it public but looking through the life i have been brought up,this saddened me.Its not good to use your position to intimidate ladies and gain sexual favors.On the other hand, ladies should stop stooping low,job desperation should not lead you to doing such things.Its being unfaithful and no amount of explanation will exonerate you.In a relationship,people try to understand each other and try to tolerate their differences and that is what makes a relationship strong but if you chose to undermine the tolerance, it becomes so sad.''
