Yo! Did you know the government was serious about this little shisha ban!

I mean, I was out at Brew Bistro (Fortis Tower) on Friday and my friends and I noticed there was no shisha on sale.

Well, it would seem the owners of Space Lounge and B Club were on the same wavelength I was on because they carried on selling shisha and it is being reported by Nairobi News that the consequence of this was that they were shut down.

it is also reported that in addition to not adhering to the shisha ban, they were found to be in contravention of some noise pollution laws and so their fate was seated. And everyone was caught unaware when police swooped in at 10pm. One of the directors of Space Lounge was also arrested.
