Flashy lawyer Donald Kipkorir is now a relative of former President Mwai Kibaki after sealing his union with his fiancé Noni Weru on Saturday, January 28.

Don, as he is popularly known, made his way to Chaka in Nyeri County in the company of his elite friends to introduce himself formally and to pay her bride price.

As expected, the flamboyant lawyer spared no coin in organizing the ceremony which had the who's who of the society in attendance. Reports indicate that Sh 2 million was used for catering alone. Lanes, huh?

Among those in attendance were Former EACC Chairman PLO Lumumba, former Member of Parliament for Mathira constituency Ephraim Maina, Paul Tergat among others.

According to reports, President Mwai Kibaki's son, Tony Kibaki, is married to Noni's sister. If all goes well, Tony and Donald will become mashemeji.
