A man has shocked his whole village, including his age-mates, after he married three women in one day!!

Some were left wondering whether the biblical end times have finally dawned on humankind.

What was even more flabbergasting was the way the local pastor moved in hastily to justify the marriage.

It is a known fact that the church has always been against polygamy.

The Congolese pastor, after being challenged by an influential local millionaire, swiftly flipped a verse in the Bible to justify the union.

Quoting Isaiah 4:1, the pastor said:

"And in that day, seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, we will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel; only let us be called by thy name, to take away our reproach."

And with that, the man and the women were pronounced "husband and wives."
