Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko has decided to become a traffic cop to make sure there is good traffic flow in and out of the city when US President Barack Obama jets into the country this Friday.

Watu wangu, Traffic flow will be interrupted in Nairobi.I Kindly urged all members of the public to cooperate to ensure safety and ease of movement.

"Nairobi ni kubwa and Motorists can use alternative routes such as the Southern by-pass, while those in the areas between Kikuyu and Westlands we kindly advise them to use James Gichuru road or rather we relax kwa hao.

Mombasa Road, Uhuru Highway and Waiyaki Way will be closed on Friday afternoon ahead of US president Barack Obama visit.

Thika Road, Limuru Road and Waiyaki Way will also be closed on Saturday when the president will be attending the Global Entrepreneurship Summit at the UN headquarters in Gigiri."
