Things are thick. The late Gaza gang leader George Mwaniki popularly known as Mwane Sparta's family apparently has been denied a permit to bury him.

This is after Hessy wa Dandora revealed that Mwane's fellow Gaza members still possess a gun belonging to the government of Kenya warning those planning to attend to be careful.

"His group is still in possession of another AK 47 rifle plus other pistols, and the government is seriously in search of its properties: that means we will be there to see if we can get back our properties. AND No burial permit will be issued to the family, so it's a clear indication that it is also illegal to bury him.

So for those ones willing to attend his burial, expect more drama, 'own goals' inclusive. YOU know its always good to speak the truth!" read Hessy's message.

This has sent chills down the spines of many with Mwane's family and friends confused on what to do.

Someone believed to be Mwane's close relative, took to social media to beg the government to allow them to bury their loved one.

"Knowing you was fate, having you close was a rare chance bro..you taught me how to tackle life and smile back at it when it frowns at you...Baba Trevor, we'll all miss you, Trevor will miss you, friends will miss you, your mum and we relatives will miss you big...Safari salama bro.

You've left footprints in our souls, a true Legend you were. Forever cherished and remembered. How I wish watu wangejua the kind of a person you were other than judging you with what was published!!!

To Hessy and Blackest Widow, am on my bending knees, kindly allow us to give our bro our last respect and a deserving send off..

Till we meet again...R★I★P Mwane," Jennifer wrote.
