After being conned off 2.8 million by an NGO, Baby Fidelis' family can now smile again. The President has donated 500, 000 Kshs to aid the embittered family. There has been an outpouring of help after, Alehandro Wanjau was exposed as having conned the family.

Sabina Chege, the women's representative for Murang'a county said the money would be used to access travel documents and air tickets. The Murang'a governor, Mwangi Wairia also donated 300,000 Kshs to facilitate the family's stay in Canada.

Baby Fidelis is to fly to Canada to receive treatment from a team of doctors who offered to treat her for free. You can read the full story
