President William Ruto has refuted claims by his critics that he has fallen short of his promises, saying the journey for a better Kenya is on course.
Speaking when he addressed a joint sitting of the National Assembly and the Senate, the President said he would ensure that every bit of his promise to Kenyans is implemented.
"The journey of transforming Kenya Kenya for future generations is well underway,'' Ruto said in Parliament.
"The PLAN has started to bear fruits and from the first day we have worked hard to move the country forward despite challenges."
