Charlene wore a black dress that was slightly above her knees, black high heels, and a red crunch bag.
Nick Ruto was in a black suit while his wife was in an Army green chiffon long dress.
The first family's children arrived at the venue a few minutes after the arrival of the DP Rigathi Gachagua and his wife made their entrance.
