Miguna excited as he gets invited to State House by President Ruto

Exiled Kenyan Lawyer Miguna Miguna has disclosed that he will be gracing the 59th Mashujaa Day celebrations at Uhuru Gardens.

Miguna who is expected in the Country on Thursday at exactly 6:00 am shared an invite he had received from President William Ruto and his government.

He also revealed that he has been invited for a luncheon at State House after the Mashujaa Day ceremony is completed at Uhuru Gardens, Nairobi.

“From the JKIA to #MashujaaDay. Then to @StateHouseKenya. Patriots are FREE to be at the JKIA. Freedom is here! Cheers,” Miguna tweeted.

He went on to invite his supporters to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to receive him as he jets back after his deportation to Canada in 2018.

Initially, Miguna had announced he will fly back to Kenya on October 25 after departing Toronto, Canada on October 24.

"Arrival date and time have been changed by popular demand. Arrival: October 20, 2022, at 6.00 AM. See you at the JKIA, Patriots," he tweeted.

He received his new passport on Wednesday, September 21, following a directive by President William Ruto.

Miguna was deported on February 6, 2018, and again in March 2018 after he tried returning to Kenya.

Miguna has always blamed Former President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga for his exile.

"Soon after arriving in Kenya on October 20, 2022, I will unveil a schedule which will include paying my last respects to my comrade Onyango Oloo, Chris Msando, my sister-in-law, father-in-law, and all those fearless freedom fighters who were killed in 2017 and 2018," he said.

Miguna was deported to Canada in February 2018. His troubles began after he swore in Raila Odinga as 'President.'
