Elvis Who is a famous Nigerian artist based in Kenya and producer and was a contestant on Kiss TV reality show The Search.

He is dating Shalom Kalule, a 20-year-old who is former radio presenter of Sanyu FM and TV host of a youth show Teen City on Urban TV which is both based in Kampala, Uganda. She is half Kenyan and Ugandan currently studying in United State International University (USIU).
