Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi arrived in Kenya three days ago for a two-day official visit. Yesterday, he met President Uhuru Kenyatta at State House for the signing of a Sh34 billion financing agreement with Italy banks for the construction of Itare Dam in Kuresoi.

But if you look closely at the pictures of the Italian prime minister which was taken at the state house, you'll notice that he might have been wearing a bullet proof vest. But why? Isn't the state house safe?
