Frankline Ondwari, a University of Nairobi student who had gone missing during the anti-government protests in Nairobi has been found dead in a toilet.
Ondwari went missing on July 17 ,2024.
His lifeless body was found dangling from a rope at an abandoned toilet in Ngumo Estate, Nairobi.
A postmortem performed on his body confirmed he died from strangulation.
Odwari's mum Dyline Sabina has shared her last conversation with her son.
'I spoke to him at around 6:45PM.
He told me he had been arrested while going home from work."
The family was later informed their son had been released at weird hours of the night
"I thought to myself maybe someone was following him that is why they released him at night." Said his mum
6 Days ago his family had done interviews with local media houses appealing for the safe return of their son.
He was last in Kisii during the Christmas holidays in 2023.
