Five young men captured in a video bragging about how they stole the belongings of innocent Kenyans have been arrested.

The men had even gone ahead to issue a warning to those who will buy concert tickets for Christina Shusho's December 31 concert to be careful or else.

They recorded the video on Tiktok, where some of their followers gave them Tiktok gifts.

"Concert ya Christina Shusho msituletee hizi tunataka kw ahio concert tunachukuwa video kali kali Usiogope kubeba simu kali, We beba simu kali, kuna security, We want high quality videos" they mocked Kenyans.

Another gang member chimes in as well about an infested jacket.

"Weh si tuko biashara, weh DM"

As another dares the phone owner to get in touch

"Mwenye hii a DMKujia Id yako There is another one who left us with their coat and car key. Kujia korti yako ya shilingi hamsini, Hatuwezi tembea na vikorti za shilingi hamsini. Korti yako ina chawa I don't even want to touch it." they troll the owner.

The men are said to be among-st notorious gangs operating in Mombasa according to DCI Kenya.

"Following an intelligence-led operation, a team of officers based at Central Police Station in Mombasa has arrested five individuals suspected to be members of an organized criminal group that has been operating within Sargoi area and its neighborhoods." read a statement from investigators.

The video went viral, upsetting many Kenyans who've suffered at the hands of criminals stealing their hard-earned personal belongings.

Dci added

"Upon search, a navy blue jacket that had been captured in the video recording, three iPhones, a Samsung phone, a memojo phone, and a Bluetooth headphone among other items were recovered from them. The five have been processed pending arraignment."
