A man believed to be a Raila Odinga supporter accused of using abusive and threatening words asking "Baba" to go to Russia and bring guns was charged on June 10.

Shadrack Orwa Omondi alias Omosh Jakababa is the man who goes viral on TikTok for his content on politics.

Omosh on June 10, was charged with using abusive and threatening words while asking 'Baba' to go to Russia and bring guns.

He is believed to be a Raila Supporter and on Wednesday, July 19 amused netizens when he recounted how he felt bad missing last week's maandamano.

Speak in a video on Hot 96, Omosh said how he missed the thrill and thus begged wardens to drop tear gas in his cell, just so that he can feel good again.

"Nashukuru Raila Omollo Odinga. Sitaongea mingi leo ni siku ya maandamano na kama kawa nimekawia maandamano mbili ya juzi. Niliambia makarao muniache tuu niende maandamano nirudi, wakakataa. Nikijaribu kuomba kama Paulo na Sila milango zifunguke, zikakatalika. Nikaamabia askari mnitupie tea gas moja hapo ndani niskie niko poa, wakakataa. So leo niko free na nashukuru Raila Amollo Odinga na wakili number on Kenya mzima Danson Omari."

The prosecution said he uttered the words with intent to provoke a breach of peace on May 9 at an unknown place within the country.

The accused through his lawyer Danstan Omari asked the court to release him on lenient bond terms.

"I urge the court to release the accused on a cash bail of Sh5,000 as the charge sheet reads that he made some illegal utterances within a gathering which is not possible," Omari said.

"Your honor this is a political case that might not see the light of a full trial as the state is known for withdrawing charges.

Omosh is a young man who is fighting for the rights of millions of Kenyans on the high cost of living, we urge this court to release him on reasonable bail terms."

The magistrate released him on a cash bail of Sh50,000 or a bond of Sh100,000. The case will be mentioned on August 2.
