Joseph Kiteme, 33, was this morning found dead outside his house in Mwingi town near the bus stop.
Kiteme who hails from Mui in Mwingi East was working as a tout at the bus park.

Morris Muema, his elder brother said the deceased was a calm person and wondered how his life could have been cut short in such a cruel manner.
"It means there is a lot of insecurity in Mwingi because I fail to understand how my brother was murdered in the middle of town," he claimed.
