Kenyan songstress Nadia Mukami has finally cleared the air over her alleged relationship with fellow artiste Arrow Bwoy after months of speculation that the two broke up.

Word on the street was that the two had broken up over undisclosed issues.

Speaking during an interview with Jalango, Nadia said,

'I am single and working on my business, Arrow Bwoy and I never dated.

What happened was that a blogger wrote the story and we just decided to run with it, we used it to push our music.'

Asked on whether she has dated Willy Paul before, Nadia responded,

'No, I have never dated Willy Paul, people just speculated that because i am a woman.'

Asked on why she is not dating the 'Radio Love' hit maker said,

'I feel like my early twenties should be my building years, a relationship right now can be a distraction.

When you are in the music industry sometimes people want to date you for the wrong reasons.

It's hard to find a good guy, people assume am rich. There is a day we went out on a date and when it was time to pay the guy gave me the bill and I had to pay.'

'If i am to date someone it should lead to marriage, hakuna any other way.'
