Musician Charles Njagua Kanyi, popularly known as Jaguar, on Wednesday made damaging allegations against Starehe Member of Parliament (MP) Maina Kamanda during a presser.
The talented singer had invited journalists for a press conference where he announced that Jubilee Party had nullified Kamanda's win in the just concluded primaries.
An elated Jaguar expressed gratitude to his constituents for turning out in large numbers to vote for him, adding that it's time for the youth to lead.
But that's not all. He also accused Kamanda of engaging in electoral malpractices saying he has been rigging out people since 1979.
"What we know about Mheshimiwa Kamanda is that he has been rigging out people since 1979. Whenever I went for the campaigns people would tell me that they might not come to vote for me because they know I'll be rigged out," Jaguar said.
He went on to add that he had to convince people that Jubilee will hold a fair process so as to vote for him.
