Veteran politician Nicholas Biwott aka Total Man was a man of very few words. He lived a super secretive and reclusive life. He kept his family away from the limelight.

Biwott passed away last week aged 77 and his burial plans are underway.

The prominent politician who served as a civil servant, member of parliament and government minister, during Mzee Jomo Kenyatta, Daniel Arap Moi and Mwai Kibaki’s eras, died at Nairobi Hospital, after a long illness.

Biwott was a loving husband and father. One of his daughters Esther Koimett is the Director General Public Investment and Portfolio Management.
