There have been many sex scandals involving our politicians, although most of them have always denied the allegations. We simply can't ignore the fact that these men are married and they regarded as honorable (Waheshimiwa).
Below are 5 Kenyan politicians who been involved in serious sex scandals;
1. Turbo MP Elisha Busienei
last week, while the two, among other legislators, accompanied President Kenyatta to Tokyo Japan as part of the Defense and Foreign Affairs committee.
Lay who was booked on the same hotel floor with Busienei raised the issue through the committee’s WhatsApp group claiming that the Turbo legislator insulted her and slammed a door in her face after she turned down his sexual advances.
2. Juja MP Francis Waititu
Juja MP Francis Waititu made headlines late February when one Susan Wambui who claimed to be his CDF secretary accused him of sexual harassment and death threats after she declined to give in to his sexual advances.
The MP has denied the allegations terming them “wild and malicious”. He reads political machinations in the matter.
3. Mike Sonko
Nairobi Senator Mike Mbuvi alias ‘Sonko’ and the City women representative Rachel Shebesh were the talk of the town in late 2013 after images of the two in a compromising situation surfaced online. Although the authenticity of the photos could not be verified, they sent tongues wagging as the two lawmakers are both married.

4. Moffat Maitha – Kangundo
Moffat Maitha was MP for Kangundo in the 10th parliament. He was accused of defiling a 15-year-old pupil of Kisukioni Primary school in Matungulu in June 2012.
Maitha was however acquitted by the courts of two counts of sexual offenses.
