It seems like it's the official wedding season. People are marrying and getting married left, right and centre.

If one of your 2016 resolutions was to marry or get married, hurry up!! Time is running out fast. You have exactly 11 days to fulfill that resolution.

Well, among those who didn't let this year end while single is ex K24 entertainment presenter, Sylvano Mbatu.

Just a few days ago, the former Tamashani host said "I do" to his long-time girlfriend, Daisy Kibwana.

The colourful ceremony was held at the Butterfly Pavilion in Mombasa.

"The day was fantastic and our exclusive after party was also super awesome," Sylvano told us.

Prior to their nuptials, Sylvano and Daisy had been dating since 2009.

"To all the friends n family that stood with us before and during our wedding, we can't find enough words to express our gratitude. Some travelled miles to come and be with us during this important time in our lives. You guys are truly family. And for those who didn't manage to physically attend, we thank you for your prayers. More importantly however we thank our Almighty God for making it happen despite the myriad of challenges that we faced. Asanteni nyote! God bless!" said Sylvano.
