Kabudaaa aka Wanono Sacco President is loved by many Nairobians. He has gained popularity for how he invites city residents to board Kasarani- Mwiki 17B bound matatus.
He stands out a lot at Imenti stage with his miondoko dancing style that amuses Kenyans. Speaking to SPM Buzz with Silva Kido, Kabudaa explained why he loves his job.
"Ni mboka, lazima upende wira, I am just me, I am just Kabudaa."
Life as a tout is alright he said as he defended his profession from people who look down on them.
"Maisha sio mbaya iko tuu vile iko I'm surviving vile tu iko some days are good other days things are not good."
Adding, "Penda mboka yako, usichukia kenye wengine wanafanya."
He noted that girls love his way of inviting them to board the matatus the most. He also addressed claims that beautiful girls are always allocated the front seats with the driver of the PSV.
"Eh kusema ukweli," while laughing about the question, "Ogopa tu wanawake wa Nairobi."
There are numerous online claims that matatu drivers and touts have girls' numbers.
"Hiyo swali ni ngumu kujibu." he said while refusing to comment. He said that perhaps, "kuna bibi ya mwenyewe anaanglia nikibonga hapa."
Is he confirming that they 'eat' women? "Fear women who use matatus."
Do they take their numbers and add them to men's WhatsApp groups to talk about them?
"Swali ni ngumu kujibu kwasababu si unajua kenye kunaendaga."
"Hakunaga tofauti ya kukaa mbele kwa matatu na tofauti ya kwenda massage parlour kupigwa massage. Ni the same tuu, hope umeelewa," Kabudaa tells Silva.
