Spices are a wholesome booster for food but it all depends on which spices you like using on your food.

Note that, not all spiced foods taste good and the only reason for this is a measure of quantity added to your food

How well do you mix them?

Spices are no longer a secret and are an essential aspect of any recipe and without them, our dishes would be left flat - missing that extra depth of flavor

However, with a seemingly infinite variety of dried ingredients lining every grocery store spice aisle, it can feel overwhelming to choose just which spices to stock up on, and which to leave behind.

Cooking doesn't have to involve a lot of expensive spices. Well, the spices might be cheap but keep it simple always.

Whether you’re just getting started cooking or working on sorting out your overcrowded spices cabinet to only keep the essentials - there are a handful of spices and herbs to keep for any dish you’ll make in the future.

Spices like salt, ginger, and Rose flower.

The above-mentioned spices are nutritious and healthier.

The magic flavorful ingredients should be stocked in your pantry at all times.

Salt

Salt is a necessary ingredient in just about every recipe. With many varieties of salt available, it can be difficult to choose one kind to keep stocked at all times.

Kensalt is a super versatile coarse, and flaky that works well in any dish that calls for the savory mineral.

Rose Flower

Normally, rose flower is used for preparing black tea leaving a sweet flavor.

The flavor is light, subtle, and floral and can range from bitter to sweet depending on the variety. Rose tea can be prepared by steeping fresh or dried petals or flower buds in hot water.

Ginger

The spice is characterized by its peppery, slightly sweet flavor and its pungent, spicy aroma, making it a common ingredient in all dishes.

Allspice

This warm, fragrant spice, which tastes like a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves is not a blend of “all” spices, but rather the product of one dried and ground berry.

This aromatic spice is commonly used in both sweet and savory dishes and is a frequent addition to Jamaican jerk seasoning.
