The Jamaican crooner and celebrity landed on Kenyan soil yesterday for a big concert scheduled to take place in Ngong Race Course club.

Konshens has revealed that he has landed with his big team to ensure Kenyan fans get a frenzy of entertainment.

Speaking to Radio Jambo's Mbusii na Lion TekeTeke drive show, he has said that Kenya is like home and thanked all his loyal fans for being with him all along his musical journey.

"I have arrived with my team which comprises of my live band, beautiful dancers. Am too exited and ready to do a big gig for my fans," Konshens said

"I have come to give back lots of love to my fans for being ardent supporters all these years. For real it will be a big event."

During the interview, the Jamaican crooner has learnt some Swahili words. He said that he knows the word "Malaika".

Mbusii and lion have taught him new words such as "mbokolo" meaning a good beautiful looking lass.

Jokingly, the star has said that he is sure many "mbokolos" will turn up in large numbers in the weekend scheduled gig.

"Let's all meet at Ngong racecourse and make it lit," says Konshens.
