Kenyan socialite Huddah Monroe is a lot of things, one of which include the fact that she is very humble, at least we can give her that.

Ahead of her birthday on Monday October 10th, Huddah undertook a unique act that has now made her the talk of the town.

Unlike many of you who would rather spend special occasions drinking, making merry and what not, she decided to spend the day at a childrens' home in Korogocho slums.

Together with members of staff from Huddah Foundation which was launched over the weekend, they visited Light and Hope Childrens' Home for a pre-birthday celebration.

Social media users have lauded her for the random act of kindness saying she is such an inspiration and that others Vera Sidika should follow in her footsteps.

Huddah has never shied away from talking about her humble upbringing and how it helped her become the person that she is today, as such it is easy to understand why she decided to celebrate her birthday the way she did.

She has also been quoted saying that she is proud of how far she has come in life and always thanks her mum for making sure she did did not give up.
