I have to say just how happy I am that IG Kimaiyo is now to be referred to as "the former IG" Kimaiyo. Say what you will about his tenure but to be honest, it was not the best of times for the citizenry of Kenya. Perhaps it was time for a change. And I am not the only one who seems to think that it was time for him to move on and ship out.
