The Kenyan justice system seems to be humming right along after new DPP Noordin Haji was appointed to lead the state's prosecution cases during Uhuru's second term.
What has ensued is much faster dealing with corruption cases. Many Kenyans have wondered whether this new-found vigour was just for show or it was a bold new that justice is followed.
But it seems to be real alright. Take the case last week of David Nzomo who was captured on camera beating his wife like a dog.
Let us hope the DPP Noordin Haji is able to deal with this horrible abuse menace that has been ravaging our country.
