Kenya's number one hype-man DNG, real name Davidson Ngibuini, is at the moment one of the most successful celebrities in the 254's entertainment industry.

His story to success has not been easy and being the man he is now, did not come on a silver platter, he had to work extra hard for it and struggle his way up the social ladder.

He has been through so many phases in his showbiz career, from being a secular rapper to rocking dreadlocks, which he later shaved then got saved and started doing gospel songs, to becoming a radio presenter.

I must say, this father of one is a Jack Of All Trades at this point of his life, being only 29 years-old, DNG has really outdone himself and he is also one happily married man to the beautiful, Yvette Nungari.

After recently quitting his job as a radio presenter at 1 FM, he is Kenya's top MC and hypeman, CEO of 254 Entertainment, TV host, a Marketing & Communications Consultant at KAMP & PRISK and a social influencer.

The hypeman decided to share his success story with his fans on his social media, to show that when you believe in something, no matter how many hurdles you go through, you will surely make it.

I've got to say, it has been an eventful era in Kenya's Entertainment Industry. I have had a dynamic experience of ups, downs, highs, lows, challenges & victories that have shaped me into who I am today.

I plunged in as a 17-year old, young and full of hope. I had no idea how far I'd go, but I knew I wanted to succeed; I knew I wanted to excel. I started off slowly, begging for a shot, being rejected and being turned down. Today, in this competitive age, it's not easier, but I've gotten stronger, more patient, more mature, more resilient, persistent, persevering, wiser and more tactful.

I share my experiences in order to encourage those who, like me, have a dream...Those who want to make something out of their life, those who want to be somebody great, but don't know how. Tonight, I want to urge you to go for it, risk; plunge in, and don't look back. Knock on every door. Let them shut you out. But knock...Keep knocking. When one door finally opens, walk in strong, with your head high and shine. That door-opener will be your stepping stone to success!!! #HustleYako #Godspeed #HustleIsTheNewGospel #12YearsInTheGame
