Gospel Betty Bayo has in an interview withrefuted claims that she wanted to commit suicide.

According to the mother of two she wouldn't dare.

Betty was speaking to Mpasho on the sidelines of  #MrSeedMadeInHurumaConcert held at Ruiru.

In the past, Betty had talked about battling depression something that made her go to a wedding in slippers.

'I started singing when I was a teenager, dating and It was then that I became depressed, I was going through a lot of things.

They became too much but by the grace of God I overcame that.

However I have never been suicidal, that is a nightmare.'

Right now my kids are at school and I can focus on my music, motherhood is not easy. Kids do not understand.

Sometimes you even cancel international shows because of the kids.'
