Uganda's President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is a comedian, if you don't believe me check out his funny speech below.

Museveni has been the president of Uganda since 1986 and apparently there's trouble brewing at his home, as his wife Janet and their son Brig Muhoozi are allegedly considering to vie for the top seat.

Anyway word is, Museveni has decided to do everything for himself! The President has now started keeping his own diary, but everything now doesn't seem to be running smoothly as he's been attending functions late.
