After releasing their new video Kuchu Kuchu yesterday, Gospel singer Bahati has written a heartfelt message to Kenya's dancehall King Wyre.

In the letter which he posted on social media, the award-winning gospel singer opens up on how he and his friends used to go to their neighbours house to watch the favourite TV show "Mizizi" which aired on KBC.

The Mathare bred star also talked  about his journey in the music industry and how Wyre inspired him.

Read his letter below;

If am not wrong the first time I had this Song I was 10 years old. I can remember that one neighbour had a GREATWALL TV in our Plot and my friends and I would wait for that one Music show MIZIZI on KBC.

"Those days, music was just a dream, and if by any chance I was to be a Musician, maybe Vernacular; yaani ningekua Osogo Owiyo, Mike Rua Kativoi ama Ken Wamaria Flaanii. So the only thing I even thought could open ways for me was football; that's why I really worked hard as I played for MYSA ( Mathare Youth Sports Association). Daily dreaming wangenipandisha Ndege niende Norway Cup someday. But 14 Years later".

"Though a New Comer in the Music Industry.... can still agree to Work with me on my New Song which has gotten Massive response for the last 20 hrs Since the release. Many Musicians Come and go But by GOD'S GRACE He's one of the Legends that GOD has kept Evolving with Generations but still staying on Top. I pray for the same grace on my Life even as I continue with this Ministry".

Big Bro I really don't take This for Granted. Am humbled to know you. Aisee Mungu Akuzidishie
