Noti Flow seems to be winning with her "controversy sells" strategy. The petite rap vixen was featured in a refix to Mackelmore's jam Same Love that had a Kenyan and indeed African identity.

The jam however, attracted the ire of members of the Kenyan Film Classification Board (KFCB) who sort to have it pulled down and wrote to YouTube about the same. As if that wasn't enough, KFCB gave Google Kenya a lot of pressure to pull down the jam.

Seems they didn't get the memo that YouTube is owned by Google, a whopping 533.4 billion dollar company, that virtually controls the internet, (not deep web though!). Anyhow, so they pretty much do not have to obey an order from an obscure Kenyan government board. In simple terms, hapana tambua 1week ultimatum!

Google through its lawyer Osaga-Ondondo wrote to KFCB chairman, Ezekial Mutua In the letter the lawyer revealed that its Kenyan office doesn’t administer services on YouTube hence lacks the capacity to control the content that is accessible through the channel.

Mr Osago-Ondondo advised KFCB to write directly to YouTube LLC/Google Inc. to express their dissatisfaction with Same Love (Remix).

And on this one, I would tread very lightly seeing as how back in 2010, Google withdrew it's services from China citing interference from the Chinese government.
