A good breakfast doesn’t have to be complicated, it can be a simple equation that you can remember each day.

I like to have simple ways to remember important things or notes within my day. I often approach these things as an equation – I break it down into its simplest form.

Blue Band has helped me enjoy a nutritious and good breakfast by helping me remember what makes a good breakfast. Here’s a nutritious breakfast equation, to help make it easier to feed your kids in the morning.

A nutritious breakfast = Tea with milk + Bread with Blue Band + A Good Fruit.

Write it on a note or stick it on your fridge so that you don’t forget it – when you have so much going on in your day, as a mother and wife, you need to make things easier to remember, especially the important elements of the day like breakfast!
