As a 'president' of a county it's not a surprise that your office will attract many visitors. Some will come with mud-filled shoes from the village just to say 'Hi', while others will come with demands for favours. It's upon you therefore, to know how to deal with them all.

While some will try to enter your office with force, you should also be in a position to deal with them as well. A 4-kilo slap always teaches them a lesson or two. And I am not talking of Rachel Shebesh please.

Now, visiting American music stars Mya, Ginuwine and 112 paid a courtesy visit to Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero at his office this morning. Also present at the brief star-studded occasion was Deputy Governor Jonathan Mueke and former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka.

Sources privy to the meeting told Word Is that matters relating to art (more importantly music) were discussed.

"They just talked about the Kenyan-American music relations among other issues relating to art," said the source without delving on specifics.

The contingent is in the country for a concert.
